PVC WORKSHOP'S PRIVACY PROMISE, CONTACT INFO AND OTHER STUFF (Updated June 18, 2007) There are way too many websites these days that give you no idea who owns them or what to expect when you visit. I think that's wrong. I think you're entitled to know something about me, how to contact me and what happens when you do order something. So here's the deal... 1. I respect your privacy and will not share your e-mail address with anyone. I do not collect, store or maintain your e-mail address. 2. I don't send e-mail to you except to confirm that your order has been received and the product has been shipped by traditional mail, or to thank you for a download purchase. The only other e-mail you receive from me is in answer to inquiries and questions that you have initiated. But -- THIS IS IMPORTANT -- in order for you to receive downloads, order/shipping confirmation or questions answered, YOU MUST "WHITELIST" MY TWO E-MAIL ADDRESSES (Brooks @ PVCworkshop.com and Brooks @ Spiritone.com)! Or add them to your e-mail "accepted" or "buddy" list. AOL, MSN, Yahoo! and some others will not let my e-mail get to you unless you add me to your recipient list. 3. If you don't want to receive e-mail from me, please let me know by dropping me a note at either address below. 4. The information you provide is used only to ship or download the products you ordered. You will receive only the product(s) for which you provided your address. 5. I don't use, nor do I condone the use of, unsolicited bulk e-mail. Should you ever receive a "spam" purportedly coming from this web site, please notify me immediately. The matter will be investigated and dealt with promptly. 6. If the information practices at this site change at some time in the future, I'll post the policy change to this page to notify you what the changes are. If you're concerned about how your information may be used, you should check back periodically. 7. If information may be gathered about you, I believe you have a right to know. PVCworkshop.com does not collect information on its visitors such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses - unless you specifically give PVCworkshop.com that information for a specific purpose.
