TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE (Updated May 12, 2008) I want you to know that I hate this kind of stuff. My first thought was not to even post this page. But my lawyers tackled me as I went out their office door, tied me to the PVC chair I built for them and made me promise to include a legal statement. I was hungry and late for dinner, so I promised. They then gave me an inch-thick compendium of gobbledygook to post that made my eyeballs twitter. Thankfully, I can boil it all down to seven bite-size bits that will make it simpler to read and understand, yet still cover the important points.
